* User‑specific functionality allows each user to deliver documents to their own private cloud repository rather than to a globally authorised destination. These user‑specific workflows require the user to authenticate with their personal cloud account so that OptimiDoc Cloud can deliver the documents using their individual credentials.

** Folder browsing in OptimiDoc Cloud allows users to navigate through their cloud storage directory structure directly on the device (MFP), mobile app, or web workspace before scanning or delivering a document. This feature lets users choose/create the exact target folder in their cloud storage—such as OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, etc.—instead of always scanning to a fixed or predefined location.

In the following sections, you will find the configuration details for each destination.
