Workflow Reports

Workflow reports allow Administrators and ReportManagers to evaluate the performance of specific automated tasks within the platform. While other reports focus on the hardware, these reports focus on the workflows performed within your OptimiDoc Cloud tenant.

This reports contains in-depth information on the scan operations performed within OptimiDoc and include variables such as:

• Pages per Date/Week day: A summary of how many pages were printed on specific dates and on what days operations are most commonly used and how many pages are processed.

• Pages per Workflow/Output type, source and destination: A summary of all the pages processed by OptimiDoc, their out formats as well as their destinations and where the scan operations where performed.

Data Export

• All reports can be exported into either a CSV, Excel Spreadsheet for further use. Additionally you can also use our new PowerBI Data Export
