Price Lists

The Price lists within OptimiDoc Cloud provide administrators with the ability to accurately calculate and monitor the financial costs associated with document operations across the organization.

Price Lists are assigned on a per-device basis and allow prices to be assigned for both printing and scan operations performed on the devices as well as paper sizes and colour vs B&W jobs.

Price Lists include the following configuration options to ensure accurate cost allocation:

  • Operational Costs: A breakdown of specific costs for individual actions, including separate values for Scanning, Printing, Color as well as Black & white print.

  • Size Differentiation: Distinct pricing categories for Normal size (standard A4/Letter and smaller formats) and Large size (formats larger than A4/Letter) to reflect the higher cost of large-format media.

  • Decimal Precision: The system supports high-precision cost definitions, allowing values to be set up to a maximum of 4 decimal spaces.

Price lists can be managed flexibly to suit different organizational needs. Different devices can have different price lists assigned to them based on their specific operational costs, or a single list can be designated as the Default price list for devices without a specific configuration.

Assigning Price Lists Once created, Price Lists can be applied globally as a company default or assigned individually within the device configuration settings. This allows administrators to account for different cost centers, such as distinguishing between an economical office printer and a high-cost production device,.
