While standard reports give you high-level totals, the Device Operations report offers a granular view of every individual task executed at the hardware level. This report is the primary tool for administrators who need to verify job completion, audit user behaviour or investigate a specific device activity.
The Device Operations report provides a vast range of information, including:

Job Title: A declaration as to whether the task performed was a Print, Scan or Copy operation.

Cost: An calculated cost for performing that specific operation based on the device used.

B&W / Colour: Whether or not the Job printed was B&W or Colour and how many pages of each type was printed.

Device: The device the operation was performed on.

All reports can be exported into either CSV or an Excel Spreadsheet for further analysis. You can also use our new PowerBI Data Export
