This application locks the device to prevent unauthorised use until the user authenticates using a card, PIN, or the user list. All authentication is fully processed against the OptimiDoc Cloud data centre. |
An application providing print and document‑capture functionality. Users can authenticate through the OptimiDoc Authentication app, any other third‑party authentication application, or directly within the application using a PIN, user list, or Single Sign‑On. |
OptimiDoc Authentication and Print & Scan can be used independently or combined on a single device to deliver full functionality.
The accounting service is provided through the oXPD accounting system, and OptimiDoc Cloud must be registered using the OptimiDoc HP Accounting Tool.
