To successfully install the OptimiDoc Cloud embedded application, the following prerequisites must be met:

The device must be connected to the HP Command Centre.

The latest FutureSmart firmware must be installed on the device.

The device must have connectivity to the selected OptimiDoc Cloud datacentre.

The tenant must be enabled in OptimiDoc Cloud.
Partners wishing to install OptimiDoc applications via the HP Command Centre must meet HP’s requirements and obtain the necessary access. Installation cannot be performed by OptimiDoc.
