Symptom
Sharp OSA authentication is enabled.
When any setting on the MFP is changed and Submit is pressed, an error message appears on the MFP user interface.
Solution
Log in as an administrator via the MFP user interface or VNC and disable offline authentication.

Go to Authentication Settings.

Uncheck Enable Offline Authentication with stored user information.
