How to Get the Epson Open Platform Product Key

If you don’t have a valid product key, follow the steps below to obtain it online through the Epson portal.

  1. Open the Epson EOP License Issuing Website: https://openplatform.epson.biz/license-op/inputInformation.html

  2. Enter the Required Information. You must provide:

    1. Printer serial number

    2. Select Region and Country

    3. Main use application. Select Other and enter OptimiDoc

  1. Click Issue.

  1. Store your Product key.

  1. Apply the Key to the Device.

  2. Open the printer's web page and sign in as an administrator.

  3. On the Epson Open Platform tab, select Product Key or License Key in the menu.

  1. Enter the Product Key and click Next.

  2. Confirm the settings on the next page, and you are done.
