How to retrive OptimiDoc Cloud Client (OCC) Logs

Log files generated by the OptimiDoc Cloud Client (OCC) are used for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support analysis. The log file locations depend on the operating system and the OCC component.


Windows

On Windows systems, OCC generates separate logs for the client application and the Windows service.

Client application logs

These logs contain information related to client‑side operations, synchronisation, and user interaction.
