OptimiDoc Cloud allows you to download captured documents from document workflows to your workstation using the OptimiDoc Cloud Client (OCC). This applies to workflows where documents are stored in OptimiDoc Cloud data centres.
Downloading a Document

Open the OptimiDoc Cloud Client on your workstation.

Navigate to the Captured Documents or Document Workflows section.

Select the workflow from which you want to download documents.

Choose the document(s) you want to download.

Click Download.

Select the destination folder on your workstation.

Confirm the download.
Once completed, the documents will be saved locally on your workstation and can be opened using your preferred application.
Notes

The availability of document download depends on the workflow configuration and permissions set by your administrator.

Documents remain securely stored in OptimiDoc Cloud until downloaded or otherwise processed according to your company policy.
